About Itupale:

Itupale is a Yoruba word meaning "in-depth investigation".

The Itupale Online Journal of African Studies has been formed to support and promote scholarly work from all academic disciplines that relate to Africa. Our principal aim is to provide an open platform for African scholars. Submissions from authors residing in sub continent Africa and South America are particularly encouraged. The journal will be published on-line once a year.

The journal invites articles from all disciplines that relate to our current theme.
